Brooke was the first artist I ever mentored.
She was the daughter of family friends, and my story resonated with her. After graduating with a degree in landscape architecture Brooke realized that her true calling was to be an artist. Her parents asked for my advice and Brooke and I met and we made a deal.

Before Emily joined the Tim Packer Art Academy she was just pursuing art as a hobby, and she was actually studying to become a veterinarian.
Inspired by a Podcast between Brooke Cormier and I, she made the decision to drop out of University and pursue her passion full-time. She bought her first courses from me in December of 2020, and put my principles into practice, focusing full time on learning everything she could about the business of being an artist, and mastering her craft.
In the summer of 2022 I received a panicked email from Emily. She had a very unique problem, and that was that her paintings were selling out too fast. In her very first show ever this spring, she sold out in the first couple hours. The next two shows, despite raising her prices for each show, she also sold out in the first two hours.
After a Zoom call with me (which you can see excerpts from in the video at the top of this page) we settled on creating two sets of price tags, one with a large price increase, and another with a smaller increase, that could be switched in if nothing sold at the higher prices.
She sold her largest painting in the first hour of the show at the higher price.
Emily has since gone on to win multiple Domestic and International Awards, amassed over 188,000 followers on Instagram, and has recently decided to stop doing festivals altogether, as her art has been selling out through Social Media alone

My name is Tim Packer, and I am a very successful artist who has generated several million dollars in earnings from the sale of my work.
But I didn’t start out with great success. At the age of 21 I gave up on the dream of becoming an artist and settled on plan B… becoming a police officer.
At the age of 40 I quit my job and walked away from my pension to give my dream one more try.
It was a struggle for 5 years and I almost gave up several times.
Fast forward to now where for the past ten years I have consistently generated earnings over $200,000.00 from the sale of my art, and in my best year so far I earned over a quarter million dollars.
My mission in life now has switched from a focus on creating my own art to sharing what I have learned with other artists.
